Manage Devices
The Device Management
system offers easy control for users. Easily perform actions such as adding, editing, registering, deleting, and revoking devices to ensure a smooth management experience. Stay in command of your connected devices with simplicity and convenience.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- Logged in to your GO4Network Provider Account and accessed your console dashboard.
- An Android device with an available SMS package.
- Downloaded and installed the GO4Network APK in your phone from the Download APK Page.
Steps to Manage Devices
1. Navigate to Device Menu
In your console dashboard, locate the "Device" menu in the navigation bar and click on the menu or you can this link to go to Device Menu.
2. Device Table
- View all of your devices in the table. Each device will automatically be assigned random device code.
- Use the search functionality to find Device by name or device code.
- The top section displays statistics on the total number of devices, as well as how many are online or offline.
Device Status:
UNREGISTERED
: Device has been added to your account but is not yet started on APK. This could be because registration is pending or the device has been revoked.OFFLINE
: Device is registered but currently not connected to the GO4Network system. Check your device's internet connection and ensure the GO4Network APK is running.ONLINE
: Device is registered, connected, and actively ready to receive GO4Network tasks.
Table Actions:
- View: Every device name is a button/link to navigate to
Device Detail
page. - Edit: Click the edit actions to open the
Edit Device
page. This action will only shown if device status isUNREGISTERED
. - Delete: Click the delete action button to show a confirmation popup for deleting the Device. (This action will only shown if device status is
UNREGISTERED
). - Restore: Click the restore action button to show a confirmation popup for restoring a deleted Device.
- Register: Click the register action button to open the
Register Device
page. (This action will only shown if device status isUNREGISTERED
). - Revoke: Click the delete action button to show a confirmation popup for revoking the Device. (This action will only shown if device status is
OFFLINE
orONLINE
).
- View: Every device name is a button/link to navigate to
3. Add New Device
- Click the
Add New Device
button to create a new Device then it will open theNew Device
page. - Enter a descriptive name for your device (e.g., "Samsung Galaxy S22").
- Click the
Save
button to save your device.
4. Edit Device
Important: Device can only be editted if their status is UNREGISTERED
.
- Click the
Edit
action in the table to open theEdit Device
page. - Update the device name as needed.
- Click
Save
to confirm your changes orCancel
to discard them.
5. Delete Device
Important: Device can only be deleted if the status is UNREGISTERED
.
- Click the
Delete
action in the table to show a confirmation popup for deleting the Device. - Click
Delete
if you sure you want to delete the device or click the cancel button to close the popup.
6. Restore Deleted Device
- Change the deleted filter to "With Deleted" or "Deleted Only" to show deleted device on the table.
- Click the
Restore
action in the table to show a confirmation popup for restoring the Device. - Click
Restore
if you sure you want to restore the device or click the cancel button to close the popup.
7. Delete Device Permanently
- Change the deleted filter to "With Deleted" or "Deleted Only" to show deleted device on the table.
- Click the
Force Delete
action in the table to show a confirmation popup for deleting the Device permanently. - Click
Force Delete
if you sure you want to delete the device permanently or click the cancel button to close the popup.
8. Register Device
After adding your device, install the GO4Network APK on your phone. In the device menu, click the Register
action in the table. On the Register Device
page, follow the instructions to scan the QR Code or input the registration code in the GO4Network APK.
After successful registration, a popup message will appear. Click Go Back
to return to the Device table. The device status will change to OFFLINE
and transition to ONLINE
shortly where it will also update the last online, indicating it is ready for tasks.
9. Device Detail
The "Device Detail" page provides a comprehensive overview of a specific device registered within your GO4Network provider account. Use this information to monitor device status, understand capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and analyze task-related data. Clicking on the device name in the table will lead you to the Device Detail
page, providing comprehensive information about the selected device.
Device Detail Info
- User Name: The provider account associated with the device.
- Device Name: A descriptive name to help identify the device.
- Device Code: A unique system-generated ID for the device.
- Device Type: Device Type (Mobile or Desktop).
- Device Model: Specific model information of the device (e.g. Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, OPPO).
- Phone Number: The phone number associated with the device, if applicable.
- Country ISO: Country code where the device is primarily used.
- Carrier 1/2 Name: Name of the mobile carrier for SIM 1 or SIM 2.
- Auth Token: Bearer token for API requests.
- Registration Token: Code used during the device registration process.
- Status: Indicates if the device is online, offline, or unregistered.
- Last Online: Timestamp of the device's most recent connection.
- Registered Date: Date and time the device was registered to GO4Network.
Capabilities
- SMS Capable: Can the device send and receive text messages?
- MMS Capable: Can the device send and receive multimedia messages?
- Voice Capable: Can the device be used for voice-related tasks?
- Proxy Capable: Can the device function with proxy services?
SIM 1/2 Detail
- Enabled: Is the SIM card active?
- Carrier Name: The mobile network provider for the SIM card.
- Daily Limit: Restrictions on usage set by the carrier.
- Package ID: Identifies the specific data plan of the SIM.
- Allow Global SMS: Can the SIM send international SMS?
- Success/Failed Count: Task statistics related to the SIM card.
